The scale of Hive means that a few people get to decide these things. This is one reason we need more people with a decent stake.
Well mainly 1 in this case
If more people vote up the return proposal then it needs more votes to get approved.
yep but still.....its unfortunately just another thing on hive that is not credible...
Hive can be crap, but still better than most alternatives.
