We have a core of users who will never leave, but I think a fair few new ones don't stick around too long. We need to keep them engaged and it's not just about rewards.

InLeo shorts does vertical video. I don't really like that format, but I know it's big. I've not been looking at InLeo recently, but I think they are doing a lot of development.
