I don't have gas service, which is a shame. I have a huge kitchen with a good oven, but without gas service, it's just a very large decoration.
You can make bread or cakes in a pan or pot, without any problem.
I hope to build an oven in the yard later, using bricks and stones. Until then, I'll continue baking bread in a pan on the electric stove.
