@nainaztengra I empathize with your thoughts on this issue. It is a difficult problem that many business owners and their employees face. Most companies want to fully utilize their employees' capabilities for the amount of money they pay them. While some businesses will have overtime pay or incentives for their employees, there are also companies that consider employees working overtime and doing more work than the regulation to be a matter of course, and that is their responsibility.

That's a fact that many small time companies do not value their employees and pay them appropriately for their efforts. There is lot of exploitation that happens in these smaller firms
