You can do a walk every day, at least 5000 steps before 8pm, then do a shower.
A cool body will enter sleep easier.
You also can read a book on the bed instead of using electronic devices :)

I walk 18k steps yesterday at work, so I do move a lot xD

I do take a shower after work daily.

You can do a warm or cool shower, it still cools down your body anyway. :)
But a cold showers also makes you more refreshed and wakes you up?
Thats why cold showers are ideal in the morning xD
