RE: Why are more businesses built around the concept of "fun"?

I've definitely found myself dreaming bigger or shrinking back depending on how steady or chaotic my current situation feels. But I think there’s also a kind of quiet wisdom in allowing yourself to hold two truths at once: hope and uncertainty. The hope that you’ll get there.... and the humility to know “there” might look different when you do.

What you said about people choosing distractions over confronting issues... that’s real. I’ve been there too. But the truth is, facing things head-on, while harder, is usually how we grow. Still, it’s a delicate balance between surviving and living, dreaming and grounding ourselves.

A thought provoking piece as usual, It reminds me that building a future should never come at the cost of forgetting how unpredictable the present can be. I never regret coming around, lol. Wishing you a peaceful weekend ♥️🌹

Yes. I agree with you on the idea of holding hope and uncertainty. Since my diagnoses and family problems over the course of two years, what I do is to have faith (in God) while holding on to the thoughts of uncertainty. Although it's against my Christian Faith to do so, but then after experiencing so much pain in my life, I just like to hold on to the shot term plans and goals and mostly hope for the best..

I understand you've been through rough patches as well, and no one can know what you went through except you alone. Sometimes exhaustion and harsh life experiences can teach us tough lessons, and sometimes God becomes the only solace.

Sorry for not replying earlier .

Life has a way of humbling us, especially when pain becomes more familiar than peace.... I see it more as a survival mechanism. Faith gives us strength, but uncertainty keeps us grounded and human. No worries at all about the late reply..... I completely understand.
