Among the recent Urban Explorer posts I have read, this is the most interesting. Well preserved, apart from the mould, lots of videos, music, even some statuettes, you can see that he watched and owned artistic things.
Maybe somebody else will be squatting in the house, who knows.

It would be ripe for a squat, all open with beds and no broken windows. They would need to keep out the explorers though!
