they did abuse the freedom I gave them
If they weren't given the opportunity at first, they would have the company was being wicked and inconsiderate but when they were given the freedom, they abused it.
We should have laws guiding every single thing we do so that we can have value and respect for them..

That's the thing, I have heard them say a lot of things that forced me make that decision and in the end, all they did was messed up.
It is human nature to abuse privileges, we easily allow those things get into our head.
