Ohhh, that looks like a good dessert to have after every meal. And i'm curious about birch sugar, this is actually the first time I heard that. And making this is really easy no, and instead of throwing the oranges peels, we can just make them into a good dessert. ┏(＾0＾)┛

I try to avoid industrial sugar wherever I can, so birch sugar is a great alternative.
Either way, birch is an absolute miracle tree and not only the sugar but also its sap and young shoots are unbeatable and versatile.
