From Small Seedlings to One Creamy and Savory Dish: Mama's First Papaya Harvest and Bibi as a First-Time Momma
From a seedlings to one of the ingredients in one creamy and delicious dish. Remember the Papaya tree I shares before? It's the new one again because the old ones was cut into half during typhoon. This time we have nine Papaya tree, six of which is still a baby plants. Two of them already grown a lot while the other one is already breaking a lot of fruits, no sighting of ripe papaya yet. Even not ripe, Papaya can be eaten in so many ways, they can be a good vegetable in a simple dish or they can be a dish, Papaya as one of the main ingredient.

Oh yes, this is just right, a perfect time to harvest some and made Creamy Papaya in a Coconut Milk. This is actually Mama's favorite, she often buy it in one of the Carinderia in the market but this she's the one making it, so it is homemade. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

And so let's gather the ingredients, first one is coconut of course. Luckily we have it at home as well. Heh, a perks of having a neighbor with lots of coconut tree. They're free mama just had to wait for some of them to fall down to the small stream near our house, lol -and she'll pick them

Next is harvesting one papaya from our tree, its the first one y'all, buena mano, lololol. It's real fresh guys. The lets peel it, cut it and cut it more.

And even the coconut was peeled, grated and squeezes its milk at home. Just perfect. ෆ╹ .̮ ╹ෆ

After all the preparations, its cooking time. She didn't use much ingredients in it, just salt, msg, onion, garlic, and of course the papaya, and coconut milk.

And for added color, she also put Malunggay in it, making it more healthier. Yum, yum! And it's done. Simple right? And with this her lunch meal is complete. She also already has rice ♪┌|∵|┘♪ . I am not a fan of papaya but I tasted it roo, I love how it tastes. Its real creamy because Mama used all the coconut milk in it ෆ╹ .̮ ╹ෆ
We had a happy lunch for sure...
And now, to make this more special, I have a good, good news. It's about Bibi, one of Mama's dog. She just gave birth last night and she's laughing because she gave birth to 7 puppies. She's like her Momma dog. And now just lioie that we have a 7 puppies. Bibi is actually a first time Mom guys.

Bibi is a picky eater even before. She ate more during her pregnancy but the amount is just the normal. Even her momma has thin body because she doesn't eat much too. So I guess it is on their genes? Mama feed them every day, twice, they have snack time too of course. If she feed them rice 3 times a day, they will waste a lot of rice so mama learned her lesson and do it only twice. We can't really afford to feed them delicious foods like dry foods or those treats for dog. Anyways, Mama has more to feed now, I mean, soon. But the hardest part would be looking for a new home for them. (≧▽≦)
