Delicious Mutton Rezala Recipe.

I hope everyone is very well. I came to you with a beautiful recipe. After eating this recipe, I got the reputation of the recipe directly in the mouth of many people. My husband himself repeatedly said that it was very fun. And my younger brother said that what he ate, the broth was a little sweet. He didn't understand then that it was mutton. In fact, this recipe that day was much, much more interesting. I talked a lot. Now it's a bit tempting, he said! Let's start cooking step by step.

Ingredients needed for today's recipe

Beef 3 kg, chopped onion 1 cup, onion paste 1/2 cup, onion paste 1 cup, curd 1/2 cup, garlic paste 3 tablespoons, ginger 2 tablespoons, cardamom, pepper, clove paste 1 tablespoon, cinnamon 1 piece, 2 bay leaves, 7/8 potatoes, 4/5 green pepper, 2 pieces of nutmeg, 1/4 piece of nutmeg, 4 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 4 teaspoons of turmeric powder, 4 teaspoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of groundnut paste, Cashew nut flour 1 tablespoon, cumin flour 3 tablespoons, liquid milk 1/2 cup, oil 1/2 cup.

First step

First of all, I put sourdough according to the quantity in the blender. With it, I blended it well with nutmeg, jaitri, sugar and Barista and made a fine paste.

Second step

I put oil in a big pan. Then when it was hot, I fried it with bay leaves and cinnamon. After that, I added chopped onion and fried it again for 3/4 minutes.

Third step

In this step, I added ginger as much as I could. Then I fried it for a while. Then I added garlic batter and fried it for some more time.

Fourth step

Now I fried it with onion batter for a while. When the water of the onion dried up, I added a small amount of water again so that it does not burn.

Fifth step

In this step I added salt, turmeric powder and chili powder. Mix everything well and fry.

Sixth step

Now I gave cumin batter, cardamom batter and clove and pepper batter. Mix everything together and saute the spices for a while.

Seventh step

At this stage I added a little water so that the masala does not burn. And after adding water, I stirred it in low flame for 5 minutes. Then I added mutton.

Eighth step

After 2 minutes of adding the mutton, I mixed it well with the masala. I slowly mixed everything and sauteed it on high flame for 3-4 minutes.

Ninth step

Now cover with a lid and cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes. By this time the water will come out from the mutton. And this is how the mutton will continue to cook.

Tenth step

Now add the pre-blended yogurt and spice paste, then add the cashew nut batter, peanut batter and raisin batter. Mix everything together again and cook for a long time. Then cover and cook until cooked.

Eleventh step

When the mutton is completely cooked, I added some liquid milk in between. Then I added some potatoes and whole green chillies. I also fried the onions. After that I cooked it for another 15 minutes on very low flame. The broth became quite thick, and it was cooked. Funny Rezala.

It was just amazing to eat. And it was the first time I made it. It was so much fun but I couldn't eat it myself, haha. Even though I got a little soup in the last stage.
