Weekly-ish Running Update... more running than is usual!

I've been more active than usual of late, with X runs in the past X days, well if you count my cheeky little 2.5K run last Friday...

I've also been doing 20 mins circuit training 4 days a week, so happy dayz, more activity!

Tuesday 13 May...

I headed up to the track for some intervals, bright and early at around 6.30 a.m..... I didn't go too fast and I didn't do too many, but I got them in, did some short ones on the route back too....

Thursday 15th May...

I decided to head BACK to the track.... route is the same as Tuesday's...

Slightly different interval pattern...

Starting with 800 metres, then 2 400s, easy ish!

Friday's cheek run...

I did some weights and then headed out for this little local run...

Sunday 19th's run....

I was in London over the weekend, so did this little local 6K...

I was a bit knackered for that one, I was also pretty active the Saturday before, but I still got one in!

Final thoughts...

So that's 4 runs in 7 days and I am pretty happy with that, 20Ks total, more than I've done in a while!

NICE!

Cheers, probably there about 2 seconds, but I was taking this easy, probably helps being relaxed!

Four runs in seven days with circuit training, that’s excellent progress

You keep increasing your physical activity, man. 6 kilometer runs are something I've never done before.
