Weekly ish Running Update - 3* 5Ks, including a hangover run!

Been a bit busy of late, so I've just managed to get three runs in over the last week or so, and only three five Ks, well, two 5Ks and one 6K.

Sometimes it is just about getting them in!

Last Thursday's Run...

Had a day off from one of my jobs, but still had to work a full day for the other one, grrrr.

Still, at least I was able to work from home which meant I could avoid the early morning run, I think my body is just naturally more in the mood for running around 10.00 a.m...

Last Tuesday's Run....

This was after a weekend away, but still up early, and and OK time....

Last Saturday's Run...

This was something I haven't done in a very long time: a hangover run, done with a couple of friends after a night out....

It was beautiful and sunny and quite slow, thankfully with a few gates to force us to stop every KM or so....

We had breakfast after and then spent the afternoon in the pub again, nice!

Next week's plans...

Honestly I've got a rammed week so it's just about holding the level over the next 10 days....

I'm thinking aiming for a few gentle short runs, but I would like a 10K this coming Sunday, for sure!
