One thing I've learned hope is that life problems always start in the family home. When I went on a healing journey I had to first make peace with my parents before I could make peace with anything else.
It's surprising the amount of baggage you take forward from your childhood and how that can create barriers to truth seeking. Good post :)

For real. It’s actually just hard the more we try to think about how much better they could have done. Letting it go is the only way we can start focusing on finding the right path for ourselves.
