“TRADE” token review

Last week I jumped into the new TRADE token, to enter the LP. At the time of writing this post I comfortably hold the top position in the LP.

Why did I jump in?

1. I noticed the pool on beeswap as a high reward, low liquidity pool. Usually these kind of pools can offer insane % rewards by offering the native (high risk) token as main reward. That way you would feel like you are been generously rewarded - but you are just being compensated for inflation. Here this was different - only a small portion of the reward is from the new TRADE token.

2. No daily bonus % share - in the pool for entering early. Despite everyone loves extra money - this would also create massive barriers for new people to enter and get a fair share.

3. I headed over to hive-engine to check out the information on the trade token. This provided me 2 sets of information. Supply (current & max) and the introduction post from @anadolu which I would encourage you to read https://peakd.com/hive-173575/@anadolu/trade-token . The very low max supply - to me, is very appealing as at these prices we could easily get a large share early at minimal costs - which in turn delivers passive rewards from the LP. The account history on @anadolu gave me the impression of a trustworthy and driven individual.

4. I checked out the hive-engine richlist - noticed a guy I see as a good investor getting a substantial chunk early, but no unpleasant surprises. After buying a few batches I noticed that the @centtoken account minted new tokens - which raised some questions with me. I asked these questions on the peakd comments and got satisfactory answers within no time.

Time to buy!

What do I think could improve?

1. I am not sure if I like the 1 decimal (not sure if I say this correctly in English) but we can only buy chunks of atleast 0.1. Which has the following consequences
   a. If TRADE is distributed as a lp reward - only the big players will receive any.
   b. Using the LP (entering more shares -or- obtaining more TRADE tokens) you will experience rounding benefits/ disadvantages depending on how you manually play around. Despite it is not a dealbreaker - i would however advise to adjust the minimum chunk size from 0.1 to 0.01 (or possibly 0.001).

2. I would try to find a (max) 2 sentence description of the purpose / added benefit from the TRADE token specifically and use that to market the token. I definitely see the added value of both the Hive-Engine investment study aswell as the TRADE token (especially due to the lack of future inflation/dilution on this passive income stream). Maybe a next challenge could be to come up with suggestions for a short mission statement and/or a slogan.

Overall - I think this feels as an hidden gem. I would definitely recommend reading into this project.
