Thank you, very cool to read it is inspirable!
For me, running is like mindfullness. I really have "me-time" without any stress, just being outside and enjoy the views.
Getting started is indeed the hardest part, in doing so it might help to just register for a 5-10km event. Once you can cover that distance (in whatever pace) it becomes very relaxing on the mind aswell!

I have no idea what my running capabilities are right now. I do know my walking stamina grew from 2 hours to 8 hours with repetition. !BBH
