I believe people find fulfillment but this only happens in their older age

Interesting so basically time also has an important role in living a fulfilled life.

Life begins at 40, and that's because at this point one has learned from his mistakes, learned to make better decisions, and is heading toward fulfillment.

That's so unexpected. People usually think their life is ending at that age, which is why they often have midlife crises. But I quite like your point of view, and it makes a lot of sense. At that age, we already have 40 years of experience and, hopefully, we have a little more wisdom to make better decisions.
