Simple Cooking: Spicy Ramen Instant With Shrimp

Hi bloggers, have you eaten yet? For today's simple cooking, I want to share a very easy lunch menu with instant ramen. I used Gekikara Ramen Hot Spicy flavor. I usually like spicy carbonara, but it turns out that this variant is just as tempting. I have some chicken broth at home, but if you don't have any, you can boil it in regular water instead. And with the addition of shrimp and boiled egg as toppings, this ramen is very delicious to eat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Hot Chicken ramen
  • 200 grams of shrimp
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 spring onion
  • Chicken broth (optional)

Steps:

  • Open the ramen package, and you will find seasoning and dried vegetables.

  • Remove the shrimp shells and wash them thoroughly.

  • Chop the spring onions into small pieces and set them aside with the boiled eggs.

  • Heat the chicken broth/water in a pan until it starts to boil.

  • Add the ramen to the pot

  • Once it starts to soften, add the shrimp

  • Cook until the shrimp changes color

  • Add the chopped spring onion

  • Add the seasoning packet and dried vegetables

  • Once it boils or the noodles are cooked to your liking, remove the ramen

  • Serve in a bowl

  • Add the boiled egg topping on top

  • Sprinkle the remaining chopped spring onion on top

  • Special instant ramen is ready to serve

Yum yum I must add too shrimps with my instant ramen, this brand of ramen looks familiar to me maybe my hubby tried it he love spicy ramen 🍜
