Rice Paper Egg Wrap

Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I'm going to share another quick and easy breakfast recipe. With eggs and rice paper wrapped together, you have a delicious and enjoyable breakfast menu. Okay, let's get started.

**Ingredients: **

  • 4 sheets of rice paper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 spring onion
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • water
  • cooking oil

Steps:

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl

  • Add the chopped spring onion

  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oyster sauce

  • Whisk until well combined

  • Pour into a preheated pan

  • Stir and cook until done

  • Remove and set aside

  • Prepare rice paper and moisten with water

  • Place the egg on top

  • Wrap the rice paper like this

  • Cook in a pan with a little oil until slightly browned and crispy on top

  • Remove and serve

  • Rice paper egg wrap is ready to serve
