Oyakodon: Chicken Egg Rice Bowl

Hello bloggers and food lovers, today I'm going to share another easy and simple recipe that only takes 30 minutes to make. This dish is one of those comforting meals that you can enjoy anytime. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of chicken thigh fillet
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 150 ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dashi powder/chicken bouillon powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Steps:

Dice the cleaned chicken thighs
Marinate the chicken with pepper and salt for 10 minutes

- Heat the oil in a pan

- Add the diced onion and sauté until fragrant


- Add the chicken pieces and sauté briefly

- Add water and chicken bouillon powder



- Add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce

Add chili flakes
Cook until the water starts to evaporate and the chicken is cooked


- Crack the eggs and stir gently so that the yolks and whites are slightly mixed


- Pour into the pan

Add sliced green onions
Cook until half done

- Serve over a bowl of warm rice


- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori

- Oyakodon is ready to eat
