Oatmeal Pancake Bites

Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I'm going to share an easy pancake recipe that you can make for breakfast. The mini size and bite-sized pieces make these pancakes even more enjoyable. For the milk, I've substituted with fiber creme, a multi-purpose creamer. Okay, let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of instant oatmeal
  • 10 grams of fiber creme
  • 200 ml of warm water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • chocolate chips (optional)
  • cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Prepare warm water and add fiber creme, then stir until dissolved

  • Add green food coloring

  • Add salt and stir again

  • Add the instant oatmeal to a bowl

  • Add the egg, baking soda and vanilla extract

  • Pour the fiber creme solution into the bowl

  • Stir until well blended

  • Add honey

  • Stir again

  • Heat the mold without oil

  • Pour the pancake batter into the mold

  • Cook over low heat until done

  • In the middle, add chocolate chips to the batter

  • Then pour into the pan and add cheese in the center

  • Cover again with batter

  • Repeat until all the batter is used

  • Remove and let cool

  • Oatmeal pancake bites the originals and choco cheese versions are ready to serve

Do you have a YouTube channel, where possibly post cooking vlogs?

I think your recipes are always great.

Not yet, I'm still thinking about it, considering that the video editing time will be longer 😀

Yes, the video editing takes time, but I believe it gets easier and faster with time 😉

Okay, I got it. Thank you for your advice, sister. Maybe in the future I will create my own YouTube channel 😊
