Mie Goreng Jawa/Javanese Fried Noodles

Hi bloggers and food lovers. Today I made mie goreng or fried noodles, one of my family's favorite noodle dishes. It has a sweet taste from sweet soy sauce, a spicy kick from chili and spices, and a savory flavor from shrimp and seasoning. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 3 egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons of blended spices (garlic, shallots, ginger, candlenuts, chilies, and shrimp paste)
- 1/2 spring onion
- 2 sausages
- bean sprouts
- mustard greens
- 1/2 carrot, diced
- 2 cayenne pepper , chopped
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder
- water
Steps:

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes
Remove and set aside

- Sauté the ground spices with a little oil

- Add the chopped spring onion

- Add the sweet soy sauce

- Add the sausage and carrot pieces

- Add a little water

- Add the noodles

Add the bean sprouts and mustard greens
Stir until evenly mixed

- Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and bouillon powder

Cook until done, adjusting the seasoning as needed
Turn off the heat and serve on a plate

- Javanese fried noodles are ready to serve
