Fried Gomak Noodles

Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I cooked our family's favorite fried noodles, called gomak noodles. The noodles are shaped like spaghetti, and we usually have this for breakfast in the morning. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of stick noodles
- 3 stalks of mustard greens
- 100 grams of bean sprouts
- blended spices consisting of garlic, shallots, ginger, candlenuts, chilies, and shrimp paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sweet soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
Steps:

Sauté the blended spices until fragrant and cooked
Set aside

- Heat water in a pan with oil added

Add the noodles to the pan and cook for 8 minutes
Remove and drain

- Add the spices to the pan

Add the chopped mustard greens and bean sprouts
Add salt, pepper, sweet soy sauce, and a little soy sauce

- Sauté and stir until well mixed

- Add the noodles

- Stir until well mixed

- Turn off the heat and serve on a plate
