Fried Gomak Noodles

Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I cooked our family's favorite fried noodles, called gomak noodles. The noodles are shaped like spaghetti, and we usually have this for breakfast in the morning. Okay, let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of stick noodles
  • 3 stalks of mustard greens
  • 100 grams of bean sprouts
  • blended spices consisting of garlic, shallots, ginger, candlenuts, chilies, and shrimp paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps:

  • Sauté the blended spices until fragrant and cooked

  • Set aside

  • Heat water in a pan with oil added

  • Add the noodles to the pan and cook for 8 minutes

  • Remove and drain

  • Add the spices to the pan

  • Add the chopped mustard greens and bean sprouts

  • Add salt, pepper, sweet soy sauce, and a little soy sauce

  • Sauté and stir until well mixed

  • Add the noodles

  • Stir until well mixed

  • Turn off the heat and serve on a plate
