Easy Cooking: Mussels With Garlic Butter

Hi bloggers, today I'm going to share another easy recipe using mussels as the main ingredient because I have a lot of mussels at home, so I want to make a creamy, savory, and easy dish. This time I'm going to make mussels with garlic butter for lunch.
Ingredients:
- 150 grams of mussels
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salted butter
- 200 ml cooking cream/full cream milk
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- oregano
- chili powder (optional)
Steps:

- Boil the mussels briefly and separate them from their shells and then clean the mussels and cook briefly until done.



- Slice the garlic and onion.


- Heat the salted butter in a pan.





- Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and browned.

- Add the mussels and sauté briefly.


- Add the cooking cream/full cream milk.


- Add seasoning, salt, black pepper, red chili peppers.



- Stir until well combined and thickened.



- Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
