Easy Cooking: Mussels With Garlic Butter

Hi bloggers, today I'm going to share another easy recipe using mussels as the main ingredient because I have a lot of mussels at home, so I want to make a creamy, savory, and easy dish. This time I'm going to make mussels with garlic butter for lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of mussels
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salted butter
  • 200 ml cooking cream/full cream milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • oregano
  • chili powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Boil the mussels briefly and separate them from their shells and then clean the mussels and cook briefly until done.

  • Slice the garlic and onion.

  • Heat the salted butter in a pan.

  • Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and browned.

  • Add the mussels and sauté briefly.

  • Add the cooking cream/full cream milk.

  • Add seasoning, salt, black pepper, red chili peppers.

  • Stir until well combined and thickened.

  • Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
