Well... I sincerely won't blame some of the drivers because of how bad the situation will escalate if they stop.
But I prefer they should report at the nearest station, that's the best to avoid the wrath of the whole public on them.
Do you know sometimes people that cross the road too are to be blame for such incidents? I've seen how even grown up people will enter the road as if they are out of their minds leaving the driver clueless of what to do.
While accidents occurs at anytime and must time subconsciously, we can take precautions and reduce the rates..

Yeah.... Everyone need to be very careful when it comes to this, I wonder why some people will always be careless when crossing the road Asif the owned their lives....
Same goes to some drivers, they should avoid reckless driving for Christ sake
