Yup, those are an invasive species. As far as I know, there's a reporting hotline in the W Cape and these creatures will be removed as SANBI are quite keen to contain their spread down there

Wait until you see the potato seeds! The image search result gave you the wrong name, it's Kalanchoe of some kind although it is native to Madagascar and they get mildew quiteβ¦
