RE: The Leo finance proposal: to vote or not to vote?

I won't tell you how to vote, that is a personal decision but i will give my opinion on the matter.

Hive is not in a good place at the moment. We have some of the best tech and features out there but we are losing users and positioning fast.

Over the years some of our largest stakeholders have driven countless users and projects away form the system with bad decision and selfish actions.

We only have two real projects that are bringing in new users and that have the capacity to get real attention and longevity for hive, at the moment.

Splinterlands and Inleo are the two projects that can appeal to bring in more users and to generate revenue to benefit the eco-system. They are also the two projects that have to beg and scrounge to get any funding from the DHF while rally cars and hivewatchers are paid out money that is hurting the eco-system. Our development fund gets drained by people who build nothing and add nothing to the chain while the two legitimate projects that have proven they can build something are attacked and pushed down by a few large stakeholders for mainly personal reasons.

Now the Inleo team has some issues. They promise more than they can deliver a lot of the time.
They have failed in the past with DEFI and other plans.
The founder can make life tough on himself with his attitude towards some of these older users and taking criticism.
The money might not do anything.

But if i'm going to vote for a dHF i will pick a proposal that

  • Has build a product already.
  • Has been here for a long time.
  • Has stake in the game.
  • Has a clear and deliverable plan.
  • Has the potential to onboard new users.
  • Will market hive to more crypto users.

All of which the inleo proposal does.
We need projects that can bring in new users and generate revenue for the eco-system.
If they don't we won't be here in 10 years. Inleo has the potential to do this if they can deliver results on their ideas.
