Dating Apps

I got introduced to dating apps by a female friend of mine. Before then I never thought much of dating apps, it was after she used it and got good results for herself and her friends and began telling me about it and advising me to join that I decided to join.

After a few weeks of joining we were together and she asked me how it was going, I said have only very few matches. A good looking mf like me:

She wondered how and told me that her advice is I swipe right more often that it works for her, that most times she swipes right it is a match. I was like: gurl, wtf!? That's because you're a girl, girls get more attention on apps and social media than guys.

She talked about how I look very good and how I'm supposed to be getting similar treatment too and I had to explain to her that it doesn't work like that for guys, looking good makes more women want you than if you didn't look good, true, but ultimately women are not only looking for good looks, they're looking for status too. A rich looking dude would do way better than just a fine looking dude.

Further questioning showed that she's also not only looking out for a good looking guy but also a guy that seems like he's rich and has his life in order. She knows she wouldn't be swayed by looks alone but it seems she's not counting on other girls to not be swayed by looks alone 🤣🤣.

Still on the dating app stuff, another female friend of mine once looked at my profile and saw I had tens of matches as was shocked and asked me why I don't just go to the list of likes I've already gotten and like them back so I'll have more matches, that she does that every time she needs new matches. I laughed, and told her that she's a girl, only girls get access to viewing their likes without paying. For me I have to be a paid subscriber to view my likes and I haven't done that yet.

Audacity

I've seen posts where women claim men have too much audacity and posts where it is men claiming women have too much audacity.

The women always bring up events like when a man asked them to come and cook, or asked them to spend the night or have sex with them kinda "just like that" . These are what makes them say the men have too much audacity.

While the men bring up scenarios like when a woman ask for money or ask them to get them things or pay for things.

It's so funny how the women are so focused on the examples of men being audacious and the men being so focused on the examples of women being audacious and none of them ever calms down to conclude "oh we're all audacious just asking for different things, mostly asking for the other to do what we've been primed to ask from them due to gender roles".

Wrongs

When men talk about the wrongs women are known for or women talk about the wrongs men are known for there is usually a tone they use, they always try to sound like aha you guys do these and we don't do these so we are better than you. LOL. Forgetting that yes they do those but your gender also got it's own wrong doings that are just as bad and most of the things the opposite gender does is because they are the ones socially and biologically positioned to do them.

For example you hear women talking about deadbeat dads as if women are better because there aren't as many deadbeat mums, but of course it is biologically and socially easier for a man to be a deadbeat than it is for a woman to be or else there would have been as many deadbeat mums as there are deadbeat dads.

Women are biologically more attached to the children, and evolved for present child care than the men.

Another example: you hear men talking about paternity fraud, that is a situation where a woman pins another man's child on a man and have him raise that other man's child thinking it is his. Men talk about this as if it men are better because they don't do this 🤣🤣.

Like dude, we can't do it even if we want to, we are not the ones that get pregnant. If we were the ones who get pregnant is there anything about our current behaviour that makes you think we'll not be doing that too? 😂😂

Conclusion

We should all just calm down. I mostly say these because there's usually a lot of gender based us vs them going on on social media every now and then termed the "gender wars" . That doesn't need to stop but it needs to be more humourous and less serious because we're all guilty mfs we're just guilty of different things so let's not be bitter at each other for it.

But then again, when all is said and done I always like to remind everyone that the statistics say that women are more of the problem because gay marriages have the lowest divorce rate next to heterosexual marriages while lesbian marriages have the highest divorce rate.
