This research came out not long ago, I can't remember exactly when, but it was kinda everywhere, and people were talking about it. So now that I've decided to make a post about it I simply got this from AI.

It broke my heart to see the kind of things being said about alcohol when this research was going viral online. Something as good as alcohol getting all that tongue lashing.
No benefits? No benefits at all? My God!
No health benefits? How? I cannot argue with the science that alcohol has no benefits for the physiological body, but is the body only made of the physiological aspect? What about the psychological?
How can modern health talks ignore the psychological? Is this the 17th century?
Most of the happiest days of my life was when I was under the influence of alcohol having mad fun, and I'm sure most drinkers can say so. Happiness like that cannot be useless.
Happiness makes you relaxed, takes away your stress and stress is a major cause of so many diseases. Happiness increases your will to live and the will to live is the will to conquer everything that seeks to shorten your life, especially diseases.
So how can huge factors like this be downplayed?
This is humanity going back to making it's past mistakes of ignoring the psychology when it comes to a person's well-being. Psychology is a relatively mew field of medicine. In the past people and doctors only cared about the physiological, medicines for the body and all, but your happiness, mental state and psychology was nobody's business.
It was in the 19th century with guys like William Wundt and Sigmund Freud that psychology grew to become a thing.
That mistake is what is being made now by those who thought this was a good reason to badmouth alcohol and to say there are no benefits at all.
