RE: Uzumaki -A horror anime by Junji Ito

I understand the reasons for your procrastination. I also stop writing when I start watching an anime that has something that completely hooks me. What I usually do is write down and note down in a notebook what anime I've seen, which ones I want to see, and which ones I'd like to review. I categorize them by genre and usually review anime that is currently airing after the season is over, and I only choose the ones I liked and the ones that are short. In your case, you can choose from the anime you've seen, the ones that have been shorter or easier to watch, and talk about them.

As for this anime, I didn't like the adaptation at all because of the way it ripped everyone off with its first episode compared to the following ones. If I see that an anime has such poor animation quality, I simply stop watching it or don't even start it. It's unfortunate since Junji Ito has always had bad luck with adaptations of his works, but for this I'd much rather watch the series that came out of his collection: Junji Ito Collection and Junji Ito Maniac (recommended).
