Back to Work
After a month long stay in Mumbai I have returned back to Muscat yesterday and once again back to normal routines. The last 1 month was hectic, so much to do and cope up with, specially things to do around my house construction. I had to make multiple visits at the site and there was lot of running around. Then there were so many weddings to attend. In-between, in a span of 15 days I had to attend 5 occasions, which became a little overboard and then there was Christmas and New Year also. With all of that I also had one gathering with all my friends for my own birthday celebration, which is yet to come, but since I was leaving I preplanned it with them. So you can imagine, how hectic it must have been.
For a change I am feeling better returning back to Muscat as I need some rest time and also need to catch up with work now. Holidays are over and it's time back to work. Though I will start work from tomorrow but today I need to do a lot of house clearing and cleaning work. Today morning I just did not want to wake up, I wanted to sleep till late, but then I had to visit my friend's home as she had some ceremony of her baby and she was waiting for me to return back to do the ceremony, there was no way that I could miss it. After returning from her home, I got on to unpacking my bags and getting things back in place again, which always is a tedious task.
Goodbye Mumbai, till I see you again.
No travels for the next 2 months now and will focus on my training for the trek. I would have preferred to travel after 3 months only, but I will need to make a short visit in mid march to check the progress of my home. Actually this is also one reason that why I am happy to be back to Muscat again, since in Mumbai I was not able to focus on my physical fitness part. Now for 2 months my complete focus is only going to be on my strength building training and getting myself physically prepared for the Everest Base Camp Trek. There is lots to do in this year, but one thing at a time and till the time my Trek is completed which is scheduled in April I do not want to put my energy much into any other thing.
Starting from today itself my fitness and strict diet regime begins which I have to follow for the next 3 months till the time I complete my Trek.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

I know, it's been hectic since the time I am back and no time to get some rest.
It is good to see that you want to work on your physical fitness and I hope you succeed in it
I hope you enjoy your stay in Muscat
Thank you for your encouragement
Best wishes for a successful and adventurous trek!
Thank you
you've so great plans for this year
and I like your way of planning everything
I noticed that in my country it's not a habbit of people. They are afraid to make plans saying "no plans, don't make God laugh"
It means that planning is a bad sign, nothing will go good if you have a definite plan. People always say "maybe, I think so, I hope, if God helps me"... they give much power to God. Too much. They forget their lives are in their hands.
That's why I like your plans so much;)You're God for yourself!
Oh my dear, I am really surprised to read this. From what I have known, in western countries people are not very much into the belief of God. In India we do have strong religious culture but we do not leave everything up to God. Our belief is that, do what is necessary and then leave it to the God to give the results. Yes but as you say there are many who also believes in this like "If God Helps" or "If God Desires".
These beliefs are challenged by the new generation since the way they think is very different, they are self-reliant and never leave matters to God :-)
I do like your youth trend;) I had to reteach myself because I was grown up in these traditions "Let's hope for God and don't plan too much because God can have different plans". So we are almost nothing, we can decide very little and just wait for our destiny to come. I prefer to think we create our destiny by ourselves, and God always helps us in our goals.
Most people are religious here. Even if they don't keep church traditions and don't visit it, they believe in God and its power, and they believe God can be not only kind, he can punish as well. That's the idea of Hell and punishment for sins. Religion gives such ideas. I am not in the religion, I have my own views on it, church rules were weird for me always.
That's sad that some aspects of religion can brainwash you so much. I do believe in Religion and with my own personal experiences I can say that Religion teaches us the right ways of life, it's just that the texts are manipulated by some of these religious scholars and leaders and put across in a way that makes Religions a culprit.
I feel that we should not go blindly with what is being told to us by these leaders and use our good sense to differentiate the wrong from the right. The biggest and most important religion is humanity and service, which when one understands then all fear of hell and heaven is gone from the mind.
Good to know that the holiday season was well spent! I think getting back to work plus focusing more on preparing for the upcoming trek will do you a lot of good. And the change of environment facilitates that in a great way :)
I do like this little of both the worlds, and enjoy my up, down journeys between the 2 countries. Anyways now for 2 months I need to be glued here in Muscat :-)
We get to learn a lot when we travel because these moments are special for us. I love that you value work
