Showing How to Add Liquidity to the Swap.Hive:SCRIPT Pool and Adding 100 Hive to the Pool

In this post, I'll explain how to add liquidity to the Swap.Hive:SCRIPT pool.

This beginning of the post might be a bit confusing because everyone is probably familiar with the Hive cryptocurrency, but what is SCRIPT?

What is Arcade Colony?

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Gamestore, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 games.

Now that you know a little more about Arcade Colony, let's talk about the Swap.Hive:SCRIPT liquidity pool, which is the main focus of this post.

Why did I choose the Swap.Hive:SCRIPT liquidity pool?

The answer to this question is very simple, and there are two reasons.

1 - The APR of the Swap.Hive:SCRIPT liquidity pool is currently good.
2 - I strongly believe in Hive and the SCRIPT token, so this is a great liquidity pool for me.

Today I decided to add the equivalent of 100 Swap.Hive to this liquidity pool and show how much I would earn daily.

To add liquidity to a pool, I go to Tribaldex, it's my favorite choice.

Log in to Tribaldex using your account and then go to Swap. The Add Liquidity option will appear, and you just need to choose the pool you want to add liquidity to.

To add the equivalent of 100 Hive to the Swap.Hive:SCRIPT pool, I'll need 50 Swap.Hive and 36.44 SCRIPT.

I now have the equivalent of 100 Hive in the Swap.Hive:SCRIPT pool, and these are my current daily rewards.

48.82 COLONY tokens is the equivalent of 0.046 Swap.Hive.

This was my initial investment, so the returns aren't high, but a 14.10% APR is good in my opinion. Remember, this isn't an investment tip; always do your research before making any investment.

An important detail is that I earn a 1% bonus for each day I keep my investment in the liquidity pool, so over time my COLONY token earnings in this liquidity pool will increase (this considering the total in the liquidity pool currently).
