I use large flake/rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, coconut, a scoop of collagen (I'm on that trend now) and a tsp of spirulina - sometimes referred to as blue-green algae.

Overall, I'm impressed to see that despite having a busy work-life and morning schedule, you still take it slow and easy with petting your cat and dog and doing things at a relaxing pace.
