Motivation at Home vs Motivation in the Gym Environment
My first motivation to work out was due to rejection from a girl back then. I was in high school, about to enter college. I was hurt then, so I started thinking about what I could do. But I just started working out and I felt relieved. Press up was my most frequent activity then, I also did sit up and sometimes pull up but the pull up was once in a while because there was nothing to pull me up.

One demerit i know for sure and i have experienced workout from home have is if there is no discipline there is no consistency or if there is no pressure or big desired goals there won't be consistency but going to the gyn wgeb we get to see peoppe that are really motivated like us, we will have the zeal to put in more effort to become our goals. I tried so hard to maintain a home workout, but it was like there was no motivation, if i did 20-50 press-ups at home, at the gym I could do 100-150, because there I could see people putting in their effort to make things work out for them.
The joy of the gym is that we often break out limits without even knowing we just did, i remember I lifted a 30kg for 30x straight nonstop and I just weigh 75kg, so tall and slim, it was really unexpected. I do lift more than 30x but it won't be straight, there are intervals within, maybelike 20mins break or more. But the truth is gym often lets us break out limits to see how strong we really are.
Most people condemn the gym here because of distractions from dressing or the behaviour of some people, but what I have observed so far is that, there are no distractions except you want to give in to it. It's been a long i went to the gym because I have been really busy and occupied with work, but I will loveto begin back this year, I wanna be looking hot thisyear and fit, like Marlon !, yea he is a handsome influencer. There is joy in being handsome, everyone wants to be your friend for real, even though there are so many fake loves.

There are so many friends to motivate you in the gym, most of peope i met there i dont even know their name, but we often crack jokes and smile when we are there. Even push each other to break our limits.
In conclusion, we need to understand ourselves, some of us need motivation to put in effort while others prefer doing it alone, me personally i prefer motivation so I go to the gym because if I were at home i wont be really motivated to do much.
