It's actually not difficult, but if you have to prepare your own curry paste, it might be a bit difficult. Today, I got curry paste from Thailand, so I wanted to cook it because it's another one of my favorite dishes. If it's southern food, I like to eat it. And this menu is Kua Gling Neur. Ingredients
- 300 grams of minced meat
- 25 grams of Kua Kling curry paste
- 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 10 grams of lemongrass
- 3-4 kaffir lime leaves
- Red bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon of oil

Method
- Fry the minced meat in a hot pan until dry, then add oil and curry paste.
- Stir-fry everything together well, add lemongrass. If you have fresh lemongrass, add it, but I have dry, so I add just the smell.
- Add a little more flavor. Actually, the curry paste is already prepared, but I want fish sauce for the aroma.
- Then add shredded or cut kaffir lime leaves. If you have fresh ones, it's even better. Stir-fry until the kaffir lime leaves are fragrant, then add red chili peppers. Add more to make it look more delicious. When done, turn off the heat and serve.
And this is our easy way to make stir-fried beef with curry paste. Eat it with boiled eggs, omelets, hot steamed rice, and fresh vegetables as a side dish. It's even more delicious.
