My cooking time ππ²π₯ : "KuyTeaw Ner'Toon" Braided herbs beef noodle soup.

Hello everyone, today I'm in the kitchen again and today I feel like eating noodles because it's one of my favorite dishes. I can eat it almost every day, but since I'm here, I have to make it myself and when I make it, I have to make it for people in the house, so I have to make a lot of it. Or sometimes I make it at once and eat it for several meals. This menu in Thai is called KuyTeaw Ner'Toon (Braided beef noodle soup) and this time I'm stewing the beef with many kinds of herbs and a ready-made sauce that I brought from Thailand. Let's see what ingredients and steps are involved.

Ingredients (6 bowls)
- 400 g beef shank
- 1 liter of water
- 5-10 pieces of daikon radish
- 5-10 mushrooms
- 5 heads of pickled garlic
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 mulberry leaves
- 1 piece of galangal
- 10 grams of wolfberries
- 1 star anise
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 100 grams of ready-made sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
- Shallots
- Fried garlic
Method
- Boil water in a pot and add the sauce, salt, and seasoning powder.
- Then add the herbs. Put everything together because we want the herbs to release their flavor for as long as possible.
- Then add the thinly sliced ββmeat and let it boil. The stewing time depends on what kind of meat you like. If you like soft meat, it will take a little longer. For me, I turn on the heat and leave it for about 1 hour, then I can do something else while I'm at it. I'll check regularly to see if the water dries up. If there's not enough water, I'll add more water to continue stewing.
- Prepare the garnishes for the aroma. Today I got fried garlic and spring onions, but I chopped them into small pieces and prepared them.
- Then prepare to boil the noodles, separate them from the soup because you can eat them for several meals. There are many types of noodles, depending on your preference. Today we're eating white rice vermicelli, so I boiled them and prepared them to serve.
- When ready, add the noodles, add the soup, and sprinkle with shallots and fried garlic.
- Those who like it spicy can add chili powder, or those who like it sour can add lime juice.
And this is KuyTeaw Ner'Toon (Braided beef noodle soup), my herbal recipe. I ate this menu for three meals because I made it at once. Sometimes I add bean sprouts, and those who like vegetables can boil the vegetables and add them later. I hope everyone likes my cooking posts. Thank you for following. Have a nice day.
