Dealing With Anxiety.
One of the distinct difference that set human beings apart from animals is, the ability to think, perceive things and act differently from them. Although, we can not conclude that animals lack the capability to reason or think too, considering how some kin of animals literally exhibit some similitude of humanly possible traits but its fair to say, human thoughts are higher than theirs since, we are an higher animal with complex nature.

As human grow, their needs,wants and desires change; "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs* explains this concept more lucidly. Man/ human is in a perpetual rat race to reach the peak of our needs which is, self actualization stage in Maslow's theory but its not gonna be an easy ride, it has usually been a roller coaster of surging emotions from our adrenaline that stinks fear, uneasiness,nervousness,distress etc
Hence, ## What is Anxiety?
Oxford English Dictionary defined Anxiety has a feeling of worry, nervousness, uneasiness about something with an uncertain outcome.
The uncertainties of life tends to drain life out of us thus, building up the blocks for anxiety.
"What do I make out of my life"?
"Where do I go start from after this divorce"?
"Am i going to have a failed marriage since, I'm a product of a broken home"?
"What's next after college"?
"How do I land a well paying job,do I need to sharpen my skills or sit for more professional exams"?

The list of some of human random concerns each passing day goes on and on. We worry of the future when we can actually work on our present, believing the morrow will take care of itself. We dwell in the negative past event which made us to live in fear because of the tendency of it reoccurring. We unnecessarily allow the society put some certain pressure of you need to a better self to fit in, See where your mate are, You need to have this to get this and in bid to dance to the piper's tune, we subject to worrying.
Solution to anxiety.
- Don't compare yourself to others,it will save you from chasing shadowed dreams.
- Engage in bodily exercise.
- Eat heathy meals.
- Worry less, open up to people not just anybody though.
- Be intentional about watching what you think because sometimes, what you're brooding over doesn't worth it.
- Don't over think things,see things as they are.
- Visit new places, be open minded and network with people.
- Read and listen to motivational book and speakers.
- See problems as a challenge you have to overcome and not as something that seek to see your end.
- Don't beat yourself up when things doesn't go as you planned.
- Don't fight it when you're not welcome in a setting,caucus or circus,simply dust your feet with your self esteem intact.
- Seek professional help of a Shrink especially if you think have anxiety disorder.
In all,problem no dey finish so, live your life as if you've got one chance at it. Yolo!.
