One thing is rest assured, nobody else can handle your stuff better than you do...
Yup, that's one thing about farming - either poultry or crop - only you can handle it well.
However, I think the workers did their best cause this is raining season so no matter how you weed the place, grasses will definitely germinate again within few weeks.
