Hoy vengo con algo sencillo, pero no por eso lo considero menos importante.

Al contrario, cuando las cosas saludables que ingerimos, van acompañadas de una buena dosis de amor y desinterés, su efecto es mucho mayor.

Hoy, temprano en la mañana, tocaron a mi puerta; era alguien que aprecio mucho.

Al abrir la puerta me tropecé con una enorme sonrisa en su rostro, era la más genuina expresión de satisfacción y sinceridad.

Con la premura de quien se sabe portador, de algo que hará muy feliz a su destinatario, puso en mis manos estás ciruelas rojas, tentadoras.

Las ciruelas son originarias del Càucaso,Turquía e Irán.

Exiten diferentes variedades, pueden ser negras, verdes, verdes, amarillas o rojas, yo solamente he degustado las amarillas rojas.

Las amarillas tienen mayor tamaño y masa, pero las rojas, aunque más pequeñas, son jugosas y dulces , son mis favoritas.

Cuba no es ni siquiera productor de ellas, pero crecí en una casa que tenía en su patio trasero una mata de ciruelas 🍎 rojas como esas.

En el ámbito rural donde vivía se conocían con el nombre de "Ciruelas Campechanas", cuyo olor y sabor dulce y jugoso está asociado a mis mas fuertes recuerdos.

Mientras saboreo estás pequeñas frutas, regresan a mis oidos las voces de mi madre, los regaños de mi padre ante la fragilidad de los gajos y las risas de mis hermanos y de los tantos niños del barrio que nos reuníamos.

Mi madre, con toda su calma ,ahuecara su delantal en forma de bolsa y recolectará los frutos maduros y los repartiera de manera equitativa para calmar la alborotada muchedumbre a su alrededor.

PROPIEDADES Y BENEFICIOS DE LA CIRUELA ROJA.

La ciruela roja, según datos tomados de Google, es una fruta deshidratada, rica en vitamina K, contiene potasio y magnesio en considerables cantidades.

Sus propiedades son muy beneficiosas para la salud,sobre todo para el fortalecimiento de los huesos y regulación del sistema cardiovascular.

Su consumo regular puede reducir la osteoporosis, favores la visión, ayuda a prevenir la anemia y posee propiedades energéticas.

A su sabor suave,ligero y aportes favorables a mi salud y bienestar físico,se añade el ineludible sabor de mis memorias.

Años vividos junto a mi familia, que por razones del paso natural del tiempo, ya no están y la gratitud a la persona que me las trajo.

Es sumamente reconfortante descubrir lo importante que eres en la vida de otras personas.

Son capaces de tenerte presente en momentos insospechados y cuya sensibilidad es infinita

Personas que sin decirles ni pedirles nada te dan pruebas que siempre están allí para ti.

Pendientes de propiciarte instantes de sana alegría, porque te conocen simplemente por la observación de cada detalle que te identifica.

El consumo de frutas naturales es un alimento rico en vitaminas, sabroso y refrescante.

Los cubanos somos afortunados porque gracias a nuestro clima tropical ,las frutas son una verdadera delicia.

In the rural area where I lived, they were known as "Ciruelas Campechanas," whose sweet, juicy smell and taste are associated with my strongest memories.

As I savor these small fruits, my mother's voices return to my ears, my father's scolding at the fragility of the segments, and the laughter of my siblings and the many neighborhood children we gathered with.

My mother, calmly, would cup her apron into a bag and collect the ripe fruit, distributing it equally to calm the noisy crowd around her.
