Soy de las que si no consume productos lácteos, puede -quizás- caer en desesperación, ya que desde que tuve mi primera descalcificación general a los 13 años, he debido consumir suplementos que compensaran esa pérdida para evitar complicaciones.

Desde entonces, he sido amante de degustar productos que no solo me ayuden con esta condición, que ahora se ha convertido en una osteoartritis, a la que no le dejo cabida para que me afecte en mi vida diaria.

Así que, cuando en días pasados encuentro este producto que no solo tiene yogurt, el cual es una de mis debilidades, sino que además tiene café, sin pensarlo dije que debía llevarlo a casa y degustarlo casi como si fuera una pasión imposible: a solas y sin nada de culpas.

No sé si se trata de un producto nuevo o de esos que salen por estación, pues no lo he visto en ningún otro supermercado, ni tampoco en el mayorista lácteo cercano a casa, en donde consigo muchas cosas de la misma marca, pero agradezco haberlo encontrado, pues resultó una muy grata coincidencia.

Al abrirlo, un ligero aroma del café invade el ambiente, como cuando se muelen las semillas previo a su colada. En ese momento pensé que quizás el sabor sería muy invasivo, pudiendo parecer que comía crema de café, pero por suerte estaba muy equivocada.

Cuando lo probé, fue una sensación sublime, pues aunque coincidían en tiempo y espacio, se percibía el sabor y la textura del yogurt cremoso con el añadido de un cafecito con leche, de esos que tomaba luego del almuerzo en mi último empleo de Venezuela. Cada uno respetando el sabor del otro y el momento de ser el protagonista en el paladar.

Lo mejor, es que conserva las propiedades del café, que en mi caso, lo uso para alejar el sueño y llenarme de vitalidad, por lo que consumir este yogurt resulta genial como parte del desayuno, o solo eso, si estás en régimen como es mi caso.

Como suelo ser de las personas a quienes les cuesta desechar envases plásticos, no tanto por acumular, sino en pro de no contaminar, se me ocurrió convertirlo en un materito para una nueva planta que me regalaron, pudiendo recordar su sabor cada vez que vaya a colocarle agua a su nueva huésped.

I do not know if it is a new product or one of those that come out seasonally, as I have not seen it in any other supermarket, nor in the dairy wholesaler near my home, where I get many things of the same brand, but I am grateful to have found it, as it turned out to be a very pleasant coincidence.

When I opened it, a light aroma of coffee invades the atmosphere, as when the seeds are ground before brewing. At that moment I thought that maybe the flavor would be too invasive, and it might seem that I was eating coffee creamer, but luckily I was very wrong.

When I tasted it, it was a sublime sensation, because although they coincided in time and space, the flavor and texture of the creamy yogurt with the addition of a little coffee with milk, one of those I used to drink after lunch in my last job in Venezuela. Each one respecting the flavor of the other and the moment of being the protagonist on the palate.

The best thing is that it preserves the properties of coffee, which in my case, I use it to keep me awake and fill me with vitality, so consuming this yogurt is great as part of breakfast, or just that, if you are on a diet as in my case.

As I am usually one of those people who find it hard to throw away plastic containers, not so much to accumulate, but in favor of not polluting, it occurred to me to turn it into a small container for a new plant that was given to me, so I can remember its flavor every time I go to put water to its new host.
