Been doing some recent self reflections because I have seen it in my self a lot lately after getting in spats with people online for really no reason at all except that I was seeking the confrontation. Partially because of grief and depression after losing my father, and things just not going my way for too long, but also because of social and political aggression. It all started getting to me.
I deleted all my X accounts, even project accounts and down to just Hive and Instagram because of the drone community is all there. Took me about a week to withdraw from not waking up and directly going for the drama, but that has cleared up and now I am actually feeling a TON less stress, and I haven't been nearly the asshole I have been the last few months, lol.
the first hour of the day is so important. I don’t even touch my phone for at least 30 minutes and I feel like I got over all kinds of emotional disorder thanks to that alone.

I did withdraw with the App which generates Satoshis a few times. Long time user before I used Actifit. The other apps are new and I'm just collecting so far. Sure, you can't ear a fortune but since you walk anyways it's extra money which I use to buy other crypto or using giftcards.
These are all running in the background, no need to open the app. Just once a day you log in and confirm your steps or collect something. There are additional ways to earn but I don't do that often. I just go on a hike, walk around in the office and at work while I do my tour or I do geo caching.

More of a numbers game being a landlord and if you can the right market for properties and Buy to let mortgages you have a good passive income and a Secured assets that in this market is money that can be cash out.

The trick is to avoid a price drop in the market as most mortgages have a certain LTV rate and if it doesn't hit it you end up paying more on the SVR which can be hundreds of pounds/dollars so ensuring a good dela for all is a big business
