I think they will likely integrate something that instantly converts to USD or USDC. The customer will pay in crypto, but the vendors will get cash.

Currently, a gallon of milk costs around $5 to $6. Assuming a scenario where milk might reach $500 per gallon, that’s an increase of 80 to 100 times.
Even with such a steep price hike for milk, Bitcoin's value would still allow for the purchase of ten times more milk than is feasible today.
However, it’s unlikely that milk prices will rise at that rapid pace. Even real estate, which is more challenging to develop, doesn’t match the growth rate of Bitcoin.
The prediction for a gallon of milk, if Bitcoin touches $100 million, would be roughly $50 to $100.

The debate on US birthright citizenship, jus solis, is going to hinge on an unsettled matter. The most relevant court case was the US v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) in which two legal, permanent residents had a child for whom citizenship was in question.
In that case, the Court decided based on the "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" clause of the 14th Amendment given that both parents were legal residents, although not citizens. This decision, however, was silent on citizenship for children born to undocumented immigrants.
It is not unusual for countries with jus solis to have limitations on automatic citizenships. It will take a court decision, likely SCOTUS, to interpret the significance and application of the "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" clause. What does it legally mean to be subject to the jurisdiction of the US?
