We do in fact have a rollout strategy for releasing SURGE's presale on Base using concentrated liquidity pools
The TLDR; is that you'd be able to swap USDC for SURGE at a predefined presale price (similar to how its working on Hive-Engine).
We would post all SURGE currently outstanding for sale (~407,000 SURGE) on this LP. This would move the presale from Hive-Engine to Base
The only worry we have is that the SURGE presale will likely sell out super quickly. This would end up with a lot of SURGE held by a few whales (there are many whales on Base) and the Lions of $LEO would have to act quickly to even get a small slice of it
The goal is to spread SURGE widely, not have it held by a few whales. Though if the community wants to see us launch it on Base sooner than later, we are happy to push this

I would hold some back on Hive Engine. Maybe 107,000?
Yeah I'd echo what @cflclosers said. Leave a chunk back on H-E. Some of us are very limited with what we can invest, but still wanna build stacks. H-E whales are far and few in between, so the big play is BASE, but still leaving a chunk back, would let members of the community that want to grow but cant buy big orders.
Or sell it all fast...lol Either or, I'm good for. I'll get to my 5k target.

I'm fine with opening it up to Base, but I think you should do a countdown of some sort leading up to it. In other words, let Lions know that it is happening on 9/23 or 9/11 or whatever. Give people one last chance to gather some funds to make sure they get what they want/can. Just my opinion.
As long as LeoStrategy is collecting enough HIVE each day to continue buying off the market without the price dropping too much, I think both sides are getting what they want.

Will those SURGE be the proportion of unissued volume? I hope so, or maybe you want to move some of HE tokens issued already.
Well, I'm no whale but as long as SURGE is available on HE, I'll continue buying a little here and there as I can.

Well I want more surge for sure. For me it would be faster and easier to go directly from USDC to SURGE. But I wpuld also like to see it in more hands than a few whales.
