RE: Women help in this matter.

Everything seems to fluctuate from one woman to another, and some women have it easier than others. Genetics plays a part, as does overall health. Your blog shows that you take good care of yourself, working out, staying slender, and that will help. A positive attitude helps, too, telling yourself, "I got this!" But, pay attention to your cravings and don't hesitate to comfort yourself with hot tea or a little chocolate if you think it might help. A warm water-bottle might help, too. Also, if your symptoms become so intense they are debilitating, talking to a doctor (preferably a woman doctor!) might be a good idea, just to be sure you aren't showing symptoms of endometriosis or another problem besides the menstruation. Take care of yourself, dear, because we care about you! ❤️

Thank you for your response. I'm going to take what you said at the end very seriously because I hadn't considered it, but so far I am improving my internal and external lifestyle because I want to see changes in myself.
