replace the library with computers and install all kinds of e-books on them instead of traditional books.
This is my point too. Transforming the system into a digital form is wise. If this can't be done, let the funds for libraries be channelled to another thing. Period!

That's the only way out but if it can't be achieved, then they shouldn't waste any money Instead they should channel it to something better.
