looks good and you clearly seem to know what you are doing. I will say this though, I am like a child when it comes to carrots, I just really don't like the taste of them no matter how they are prepared.

And of course I can truly understand why you dislike the taste of carrots, I know some people who doesn't like the taste of it too. Even me at first but I tried to eat it fresh and raw at first and then I used to it later on. 🙂
