I read your blog and felt really bad about what happened with you. When we grow plants, I know how much time and emotion we put into them. We take care of them for days and weeks, and only after a long wait, when the season comes, we finally get to see the flowers . In such a moment, if someone comes and takes them away, it really hurts.

I remember there’s a mango tree at my grandfather’s house, and during the season, it grows a lot of mangoes. It’s a big tree and produces so many mangoes that even after the whole family eats and we give some to relatives, a lot of them are still left.

At that time, many people from outside come and throw stones to drop the mangoes and take them. My grandfather never liked that because it took a lot of time and care to grow that tree. Now, it grows naturally and doesn’t need much care, but when it was small, he looked after it for years.

Whether it’s years of hard work or just one day, effort is still effort. So when I read what happened in your case, I could understand why you felt bad. And what made it worse was when you confronted the lady and she didn’t accept her mistake. She only admitted it when you said you had CCTV footage. That’s even more disappointing.

The good thing is that, you have set an example and hopefully incidents like that will at least reduce for sometime in your Society.

Thank You

Yes, now people are scared, fearing that I will come to their door, if they do the mistake. It has to be that way unfortunately.
