EASY BANANA CAKE | NO FLOUR | NO SUGAR

avatar

Today I come to show you a super easy dessert with few ingredients. It's a kind of banana cake.

This cake does not contain any flour and it is quite strange because all the cakes I have made that are with banana have always had flour.

We are going to use 3 ripe bananas and we are going to mash them with a fork.

The next thing we will do is add two eggs and integrate it with the bananas, once that is ready we will add 30 grams of cocoa powder and integrate it very well.

Now we put the mixture in a mold. I put baking paper on the bottom, and finally I decided to add peanut butter (which I added a little water to have a less creamy consistency) and I decided to make some patterns.

We put this in the oven previously preheated to 180°C with a time of 30 minutes.

And that would be it, to serve I added a little pistachios, more peanut butter and at the end after I had tried the first slice, I remembered that I had ice cream and I also added some. It is not a fluffy cake but it is very delicious.

It seems like a very easy-to-do banana cake. I watched a video of banana cake before, and I saw that flour was used. Your method is unique and must be very delicious, even without sugar.
Well done.
