Experienced an intense Orangetheory workout today! 23.5-min reverse pyramid treadmill endurance, followed by challenging floor exercises. Highlights: split squats with hinge, TRX overhead squats, and rowing paired with tricep extensions. Finished strong with a 30-sec all-out row.
