I’ve been an Orangetheory Fitness member for over ten years plus and I’ve always wanted to attend their conventions and thankfully they finally invited the members.

This video is from the BIG GROUP workout which includes members WORLDWIDE and my wife and I made it into the video.

I’m on the rower you can’t miss my bald head lol. I’m wearing black.

It was an amazing experience overall.
